Overall Rating | Good kit, but with some problems. |
Comments | Hello, I am Tom and I live in Belgium. This was the first SciFI kit i have ever made. I know it isn't a real model kit an you will probably laugh at me, but I had a good time building it. I have completed the ANAKIN version in about 2 hours. This includes weathering and so on. I think I overdid a bit on the weathering because my Starfighter looks as if it came out of a swamp on Dagobah or something. This is a snap together kit but I had to use glue for the throttle and joystick parts. The R2D2 doesn't fit in the wing that well. The model is pre-painted, but if you cut a part from the sprue, you are sure to damage the model. All in all this was a good kit. I will propably build the Obi version as well. Pictures will follow when I am happy with the result. |
