Comments | The copy of this kit I picked up was in rather bad shape. The pylons were too thin to hold the weight of the nacelles, so there was a great deal of pylon drooping. The kit has a great deal of detail on the surface, but my copy was marred with several voids, as well as pour tab's that had to be cut or sanded in such a fashion that a lot of that detailed was removed. It's possible that the kit I got was towards the end of a mold life and I got a bad sample. I picked up my copy several years ago and I hear good things about it. Still, not a bad representation of the Cheyenne-class. I recommend it w/the caveat that the buyer be aware that they might not get as good as kit as Starcraft Models normally puts out. |
