This 1/72 Round 2 Models Star Trek DS9 Runabout was About a 2-month long project. Tamiya rattle can paints where used for the hull colors along with panel line detail paint and some airbrush shading. Lots and lots of LEDs crammed into the warp engines - the blue leds are candle flicker to give it a nice warble effect. I utilized an R/C car lighting kit for the blinking navigation lights, and a few feet of fiber optic filament for running lights and the quantum torpedo launcher.
