Scale: 1/350
Staying with the TrekWars theme, I kitbashed an AMT 1/350 Klingon Bird of Prey with an MPC Shuttle Tydirium kit to make the 24th Century version of Kronos 1.
Rather than have Romulan looking feathered panels on the ship, I cut out bat'leth blades along the leading edges of the wings, and the Sword of Kahless on the large dorsal fin. (Which seemed more appropriate for the Chancellor's personal transport.) The only part not found in the two kits is a rear torpedo launcher I scratchbuilt to replace the small turret.
I rattle-canned the finish with Krylon Italian olive; Rust-oleum Khaki, Army Green, Oregano, with Hammered Silver for the blades. Markings were based on artwork I found on the internet and printed on Testor's decal paper.
And let's remember that old Klingon expression: "Four thousand throats may be cut in one night by a running man." So you can imagine what this ship could do!
