Good kit, but with some problems.

| Comments | It's a repop what more can I say. It's a good clean repop but it still has the same problems the original Aurora kit had.
Intakes too thick, no gear wells (and the gear doors provided don't match the engraved well shapes), no frame detail on the cockpit canopy, poorly shaped heads only for cockpit interior (a heads up display?). On the other hand, the kit has potential. A good paint job will go a long way to make the model look good and as John says it's about 1/48th so some cockpit scratchbuilding should be relatively easy. |
