Following the Earth-Minbari War, the Earth Alliance established several new spacecraft test and evaluation squadrons. When Squadron VX-4 was formed, the CO's ship received this special paint scheme as a tribute to a previous incarnation of VX-4. Inspiration for this scheme was the USN's "Black Bunny" Tomcat, of course. |
