A Moment of Serenity...

Sponsorship opportunities available ------ Ask us about them!

by Andrew Hilker

Scale: Not stated

The RTF takes a much needed stop and seeks shelter in a nebula. The CAP (A Mk2, a Mk7, and a Raptor) is cruising along the edge of the fleet. If you look closely, you may spot a familiar transport maneuvering above the larger vessels...

Everything in this diorama was scratchbuilt, with the exception of the Vipers and the Raptor, which are gaming minis from Ravenstar Studios. All my modeling materials are back home, so I had to make due with things I could get locally (and cheaply). The ships are built from buttons, beads, google-eyes and plastic from "for sale" signs.

Models were painted with Games Workshop paints.

The ships are mounted on clear acrylic rod. The background photo of the Omega Nebula was obtained from Wikipedia, printed on canvas photo paper and attached to the wooden base.
